Softball Recap: Pierre T.F. Riggs Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Pierre T.F. Riggs's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Watertown Arrows on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Governors in their meetings with the Arrows: they've now lost four in a row.

Pierre T.F. Riggs' loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Watertown, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

Looking ahead, Pierre T.F. Riggs will face off against Lincoln at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Watertown, they have already played their next game, an 8-5 defeat against Yankton on the 3rd.
