            Softball Recap: Orrick Bearcats vs. Kingsville Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            Orrick extended their losing streak  (dating back to last season) to 30  on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 0-15 in the process. They came up short against  the Kingsville Tigers, falling  15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  16-1  back in March.
 Orrick saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Addison Chapman, who  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases.
As for Kingsville,  the  victory snapped their losing streak at four games  and leaves them with a 3-11 record. They not only won  on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win  since March 28th (when they won  16-1).
 On Kingsville's side,  Kylie Stout was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. Stout also  hit a  double, marking her first of the season.  Gracie Hoover was another key player,  going 1-for-2 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Orrick will challenge Midway at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Kingsville, they will take on Smithton at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
