Softball Recap: Villa Park Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against El Dorado, Villa Park was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Sunny Hills Lancers with a sharp 11-2 victory. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Lancers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Villa Park's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-14. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Sunny Hills, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-14.
