Soccer Recap: Eastside Wins Going Away Against Suwannee

Eastside lost to Suwannee back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eastside Rams put the hurt on the Suwannee Bulldogs with a sharp 5-1 victory.

Eastside hit Suwannee with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jonas Traktuev (2), Eshan Kamal, Lorenzo Lattarulo, and Gene Duffy-Massey.

Eastside now has a winning record of 4-3-5. As for Suwannee, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastside will be home for the holidays to greet Buchholz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eastside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season. As for Suwannee, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chiles at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
