Basketball Recap: Webster Comes Up Short

Webster and Milbank squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Webster had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 63-28 loss at the hands of the Milbank Bulldogs. The loss continues a trend for the Bearcats in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

Webster now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Milbank, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Webster does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Milbank, they will take on Roncalli on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Roncalli sitting on four straight victories and Milbank on three.
