Soccer Recap: Peninsula Catholic Comes Up Short

Peninsula Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the Hampton Roads Academy Navigators. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Peninsula Catholic of the 6-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Peninsula Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hampton Roads Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Peninsula Catholic is set to square off against their familiar foe Norfolk Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hampton Roads Academy will challenge rival Walsingham Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
