As a matter of fact, Farmington put up the most points they have all season on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Clarksville 56-0. The victory was nothing new for the Cardinals as they're now sitting on three straight.

Meanwhile, Alma was not the first on the board on Friday, but they got there more often. They enjoyed a cozy 35-20 win over Pea Ridge. The victory continues a trend for the Airedales in their matchups with the Blackhawks: they've now won five in a row.

Alma's win came from a few key players Farmington will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Samuel Schlegel, who rushed for 40 yards and three TDs, and also picked up 163 receiving yards. That's the most receiving yards he has posted since back in October of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jay Lemieux, who threw for 291 yards and one touchdown while picking up 12.1 yards per attempt.

Alma's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Farmington, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
