Baseball Recap: South Lake Takes a Loss

The South Lake Eagles lost 12-2 to the Pine Ridge Panthers on Wednesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

I Pina was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.

South Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Pine Ridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3-2.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. Pine Ridge will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lake Mary at 6:00 p.m. on March 26th.
