Basketball Recap: Mt. Eden Takes a Loss

Mt. Eden lost against Monte Vista back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mt. Eden Monarchs received a blow as they fell 60-45 to the Monte Vista Mustangs.

Mt. Eden's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Monte Vista, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Mt. Eden and Wilcox will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monte Vista, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Christopher at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
