Schuylkill Valley and Nativity BVM are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. Schuylkill Valley will be playing at home against Nativity BVM at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither Schuylkill Valley nor Nativity BVM posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Schuylkill Valley's offense. They fell just short of Kutztown by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Katelyn Raymond spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on six hits.

Meanwhile, Nativity BVM was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Schuylkill Haven, falling 19-0.

Having lost for the first time this season, Schuylkill Valley fell to 2-1. As for Nativity BVM, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Schuylkill Valley's way against Nativity BVM in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Schuylkill Valley made off with a 12-0 win. Will Schuylkill Valley repeat their success, or does Nativity BVM has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
