Volleyball Recap: WACO Takes a Loss

WACO was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fairfield Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

WACO's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Fairfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, WACO will square off against Cardinal at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fairfield, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Carlisle on the 30th.
