Costa Mesa won the last time they faced Laguna Hills and things went their way on Monday too. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-21, 25-14.

Costa Mesa's win bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Laguna Hills, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
