Basketball Game Preview: Pillager Huskies vs. Little Falls Flyers

After both having extra time off, the Pillager Huskies and the Little Falls Flyers will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Pillager has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Pillager is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 91-82 to Park Rapids last Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (68), the Huskies still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Little Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-58 heartbreaker at the hands of Milaca.

Little Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Pillager, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.
