Volleyball Game Preview: Hun Raiders vs. West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights

The Hun Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hun will be strutting in after a win while West Windsor-Plainsboro North will be coming in after a defeat.

Hun saw some tournament action on Friday. They skirted past Mount St. Dominic Academy 2-1.

Eva Cannon produced another solid effort getting 31 kills, 15 digs, and three aces. Those 31 kills gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Burg, who had nine digs and four blocks.

They weren't the only good servers: Hun was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in five consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, West Windsor-Plainsboro North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Burlington Township.

Hun has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
