Baseball Recap: Dudley Finds Home Field Redemption Against Southern Guilford

There's no place like home for Dudley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Southern Guilford Storm 9-7. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Storm on Thursday, they had to take a 11-10 loss.

Antonio Lee Jr. was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and one triple. Dudley is undefeated when Lee Jr. posts two or more stolen bases, but 8-10 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayven Baize, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBI.

Dudley's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Southern Guilford, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 13 games and leaves them with a 14-7 record.

As of now, neither Dudley nor the Storm have any future games scheduled.
