Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Burrillville). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Providence Country Day Knights 72-36. The Broncos have beaten the Knights the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Knights has come to flipping the script.

Burrillville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Olivia Ferraro out in front who posted 18 points and seven boards. Ferraro continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Diallo, who scored 14 points and seven rebounds.

Burrillville's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Providence Country Day, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.

Looking ahead, Burrillville will head out on the road to take on Davies Career & Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Providence Country Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
