Basketball Recap: Clermont Northeastern Takes a Loss

Clermont Northeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Williamsburg Wildcats and fell 68-41. The Rockets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-17.

Clermont Northeastern's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Williamsburg, their victory was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clermont Northeastern will host Cincinnati Country Day at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Williamsburg, they will welcome Fayetteville-Perry at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
