Basketball Recap: Capital Takes a Loss

Capital lost against Timberline back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Capital Cougars fell 61-50 to the Timberline Blazers.

Capital dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Timberline, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Capital will host Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Timberline, they will face off against Gig Harbor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Timberline has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 201 points over their last three matchups.
