Volleyball Recap: Red Rock Central Falcons vs. Springfield Tigers        
        
		
             Red Rock Central's game  on Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They came out on top against the Springfield Tigers by a score of  3-1. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered  a  2-0  loss the last time these two teams met.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, 23-25,  25-14.
  Maia Scheffler was the offensive standout of the  game as she  had 15  digs. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had ten or more in the last five games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Red Rock Central's win  ended  a  six-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 6-9. As for Springfield,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-14-1.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Rock Central will welcome Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda  at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Springfield, they will face off against Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Springfield is facing Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop at the right time seeing as Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop is stuck on  a  nine-game losing streak.
