Basketball Recap: Fort Zumwalt North Comes Up Short

Fort Zumwalt North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Timberland T-Wolves. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 324th, while the T-Wolves are ranked 152nd).

Fort Zumwalt North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Timberland, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Fort Zumwalt North will be playing at home against Visitation Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Timberland, they will head out on the road to face off against Fort Zumwalt East at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Timberland is facing Fort Zumwalt East at the right time seeing as Fort Zumwalt East is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
