They blew past Sangre de Cristo, posting a 54-14 victory at home. The win was some much needed relief for the Grizzlies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

It was another big night for Brock True, who rushed for 250 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 168 yards and a touchdown on only seven passes. Those 250 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Daniel Adams, who gained 112 total yards and three touchdowns.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Fowler was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 350 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Custer County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 58-6 defeat at the hands of Walsenburg.

Fowler's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Custer County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
