Palo Verde won the last time they faced The Gregory School and Rashad Ortiz did his part to make sure it happened again. The Titans blew past the Hawks 76-46 on Thursday thanks in part to Ortiz, who went 7-for-10 from beyond the arc to rack up 37 points and three steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 18.5 points per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Kamaiu Ortiz, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 11 assists. Ortiz is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Palo Verde's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for The Gregory School, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Palo Verde won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Yuma Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for The Gregory School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
