Softball Recap: Knott County Central Takes a Loss

Knott County Central suffered their closest defeat since April 1st on Thursday. They fell just short of the Wolfe County Wolves by a score of 5-3. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with the Wolves: they've now lost four in a row.

Knott County Central now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Wolfe County, they pushed their record up to 20-9 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Knott County Central will venture away from home to challenge Harlan County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wolfe County, they will host Elliott County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
