Volleyball Recap: Dwight Comes Up Short

Dwight lost against Pontiac back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-10.

Dwight dropped their record down to 15-14 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Pontiac, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.

Dwight has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Marquette on the 21st. As for Pontiac, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Monticello on the 21st.
