Douglas waltzed into their match on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the Rawlins Outlaws with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Douglas walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-18.

Samantha Yost paced Douglas' offense, picking up 11 kills. Yost got some help from Avynn Yost and her 31 assists. Avynn also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Emberly Hathaway, each putting up two.

Douglas' win bumped their record up to 28-7. As for Rawlins, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-24 record this season.

As of now, neither Douglas nor Rawlins have any future games scheduled.
