Ashlyn Cooper gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in April on Tuesday. She turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
