Softball Recap: Larkin Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Larkin's offense. They came up short against the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 10-0. The Royals have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Larkin's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Riverside-Brookfield, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Larkin will square off against DeKalb at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they will challenge West Aurora at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
