Softball Recap: West Brook Comes Up Short

West Brook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 19-2 to the Sterling Rangers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-3 back in March.

Kennadie Keys (2027) made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

West Brook's defeat dropped their record down to 4-19-1. As for Sterling, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-12.

West Brook does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sterling, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
