Preview: Chittenango Bears vs. Mexico Tigers

Having just played yesterday, the Chittenango Bears will get right back to it and host the Mexico Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. One thing working in Chittenango's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matchups.

Chittenango has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 30 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat General Brown 79-29 at home. That 79-29 margin sets a new team best for Chittenango this season.

Ryan Moesch continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 36 points. That makes it seven consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Chittenango's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bernardo Bortovski, who scored ten points.

Meanwhile, Mexico's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on December 1st after their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 67-49 fall against Faith Heritage.

Chittenango's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mexico, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-1.

Everything came up roses for Chittenango against Mexico in their previous meeting back in January as the squad secured a 84-43 win. With Chittenango ahead 52-19 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
