Lincolnview waltzed into their game on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Continental Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

One reason for the win was Lincolnview's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14, 25-9.

Beth Hughes was nothing short of spectacular: she had ten digs and seven aces. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Lincolnview's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Continental, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Lincolnview will be playing at home against Ottoville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Continental, they are taking a road trip to take on Hicksville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
