The timing is sure in East Central's favor as the squad sits on eight straight wins at home while North Pike has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

East Central lost a heartbreaker the last time they played North Pike, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's match. The Hornets put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 11-1 win on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Hornets considering their two-run performance the game before.
