Volleyball Recap: Wimberley Texans vs. Sinton Pirates

Wimberley extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Sinton. Everything went their way against the Sinton Pirates as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Texans sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Wimberley not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Sinton between 15 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Laney Hennessee paced Wimberley's offense, picking up 15 kills. Hennessee got some help from Skylar Herring and her 19 assists. Hennessee and Herring didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.
