Softball Recap: Adair County Indians vs. Hart County Raiders
Adair County can finally bid farewell to their 11-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Hart County Raiders by a score of 11-7. The win was just what Adair County needed coming off of a 13-0 defeat in their prior matchup.
Ellie Cheatham made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. Cheatham was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
