Baseball Recap: Colleton Prep Academy Takes a Loss

Colleton Prep Academy is still winless after their game against Patrick Henry Academy on Tuesday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the Patrick Henry Academy Patriots. If the War Hawks were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Patriots when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tanner Wolf and Hartman Fisk did some serious damage despite the final result: Wolf scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2, while Fisk scored a run and stole Two bases. while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Braeden Hiers also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Colleton Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Patrick Henry Academy, the win snapped their losing streak at five games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record.
