Lena had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They walked away with a 62-53 victory over the Florence Bobcats. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Bobcats are ranked 269th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lena's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2. As for Florence, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Lena wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 69-8 victory against Wausaukee on the 13th. As for Florence, they will take on Suring at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
