Volleyball Recap: Tolsia Takes a Loss

Tolsia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Phelps Hornets.

Tolsia was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18.

Tolsia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Phelps, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 4-14 record.

Phelps didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against East Ridge on the 11th. Hopefully Tolsia paid attention to the Hornets' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Hornets at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
