Football Game Preview: Honoka'a Dragons vs. Hawaii Prep Ka Makani

The Honoka'a Dragons will head out to challenge the Hawaii Prep Ka Makani at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Honoka'a's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups.

On Friday, everything came up roses for Honoka'a against Kealakehe as the squad secured a 50-6 win. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

Hawaii Prep played against Ka'u last Saturday and won via forfeit.

Honoka'a's record now sits at 6-3. As for Hawaii Prep, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Honoka'a against Hawaii Prep in their previous meeting back in August, as the team secured a 51-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
