Basketball Recap: Suring Comes Up Short

Suring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 79-60 bruising from the Saint Thomas Aquinas Cavaliers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (55), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Suring's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Saint Thomas Aquinas, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Suring is set to face off against their familiar foe Coleman at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Saint Thomas Aquinas will take on rival Niagara at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
