Christ School picks up 14th straight win at home

Make it 11 blowout wins for the Christ School Greenies this season. They breezed by Rabun Gap-Nacoochee at home to the tune of 69-39 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but Christ School sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Cole Boyer went supernova for Christ School, scoring 14 points along with five assists and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Boyer has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Zymicah Wilkins, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Christ School pushed their record up to 21-5 with that victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 27.4 points. As for Rabun Gap-Nacoochee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Christ School has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Blues at 6:30 p.m. on February 1st. Asheville School (Independent) will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 255th, while the Greenies are ranked 15th). Rabun Gap-Nacoochee will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against the Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. on February 2nd. Carolina Day has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 6.
