It was a good run, but Perkins-Tryon unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bristow Pirates by a score of 4-3. The Demons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pirates earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Perkins-Tryon saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Anderson, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Perkins-Tryon now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Bristow, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 12-10 record.

Coming up, Perkins-Tryon will be playing in front of their home fans against North Rock Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bristow, they will challenge Cleveland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Pirates are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
