Volleyball Recap: Huntington Comes Up Short

Huntington lost against Woodville back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Red Devils fell 2-0 to the Eagles. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Maecie Sebek paced Huntington's offense, picking up four kills. Sebek got some help from Mylie Martinez and her six assists.

Huntington's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Woodville, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Huntington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Anderson-Shiro on the 22nd. As for Woodville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Bridge City on the 22nd.
