Basketball Recap: Verden Comes Up Short

Verden's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Lindsay, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-5.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Verden Tigers face off against the Amber-Pocasset Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lindsay, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Lindsay likes a good challenge.
