It's playoff time, and Steward had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against The Covenant Eagles by a score of 72-59 on Wednesday. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Steward got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ava Johnson out in front who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten rebounds. Johnson has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last four times she's played. Ella Grace Saunders was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 16 points and nine boards.
