Volleyball Recap: Melba Falls to Kuna in First Game of Season

Melba kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to the Kuna Kavemen. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Kavemen apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

While Melba was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

The win made it two in a row for Kuna and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Melba has already played their next match (against Borah), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Kuna, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against The Ambrose School on the 23rd.
