Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jayton). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Lueders-Avoca Raiders 84-6. The victory continues a trend for the Jaybirds in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won five in a row.

Jayton's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.7 points over those games. As for Lueders-Avoca, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.

Looking ahead, Jayton will square off against Harrold at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lueders-Avoca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
