River View won the last time they faced Indian Valley and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Black Bears walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Braves. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Black Bears.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 23-25, 25-22.

Haley Balo paced River View's offense, picking up 27 kills. Balo got some help from Kelsie Smith and her 51 assists.

When it comes to explaining why Indian Valley lost, don't look at Gionna Miles. Despite the final result, she had 26 digs and five aces. Miles has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 23 times she's played. Zoey Braun was another key player, getting eight digs and two aces.

River View's win bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Indian Valley, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-11.

River View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Beaver Local on the 23rd. Indian Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
