Basketball Game Preview: Norman North Timberwolves vs. Edmond Memorial Bulldogs

Norman North and Edmond Memorial are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Norman North Timberwolves will welcome the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Norman North is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oklahoma's top teams: Putnam City, who was ranked 24th at the time (Norman North was ranked 23rd). Norman North fell 54-46 to Putnam City on Friday. The Timberwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Edmond Memorial was able to grind out a solid win over Mustang on Friday, taking the game 40-33.

Edmond Memorial now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Norman North, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.

Norman North didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Edmond Memorial in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 61-57 victory. Will Norman North repeat their success, or does Edmond Memorial have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
