Volleyball Recap: Covenant Christian Comes Up Short

Covenant Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Curtis Baptist Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat last Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-10, 25-17.

Covenant Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Curtis Baptist, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

Covenant Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Curtis Baptist, they will challenge South Aiken Baptist Christian at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
