The biggest upset of the week belonged to St. Joseph, who took down 11th ranked St. Joseph, 27-21. Nick Cascione threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 148 yards in the win.

Westhill was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from eighth to sixth in Fairfield County. The Vikings defeated Danbury 24-20 earlier in the week.

Connor Rowe (C) put up the best numbers through the air as Ridgefield bested Norwalk. He finished with six completions for 138 yards and 52 touchdowns. Rowe (C)'s favorite target this week was Will Bonaparte, who caught three passes for 67 yards.

Shaquan Howsie was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 18 carries, he ran for 185 yards as Trinity Catholic fell to New Canaan. Sean Brown also contributed to the rushing game with 76 yards on the ground.

Pelletier was the best wideout in the league this week as St. Joseph lost to the Rams. Pelletier tallied five receptions for 125 yards. Mark Hirschbeck helped St. Joseph's passing attack out by catching two balls for 42 yards.

Jack Massie provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Staples beat Trumbull. He completed 11 passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for 136 yards. Massie's favorite target this week was James Frusciante, who caught five passes for 90 yards.

6-foot-3 quarterback Jordan Vazzano of Joe Della Vecchia's team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1120. He has also thrown 14 touchdowns. On the ground, Darien's Christian Bognar has rushed for 759 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Sam Gravitte. The Ridgefield star has 24 catches for 446 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Westhill takes on Greenwich. At the moment, Frank Marcucio's team is in sixth, while the Cardinals are in third.

There should be lots of points scored when the Wreckers and the Blue Wave face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Staples comes in having scored 261 this season, while Darien has scored 214. Marcellino Petroccio's team scored 57 points last week as it topped the Golden Eagles.

The Crusaders extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Warde, 34-13. The win marks sixth in a row for the Trinity Catholic.
