Softball Recap: Triton Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Triton had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 17-run drubbing they dealt E.E. Smith on Friday. Triton blew past E.E. Smith 17-0. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Golden Bulls recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Bailey Johnson, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Kelsey Matthews, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Triton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as E.E. Smith only posted an OBP of .000.
